Is that a new Ascent Computer dawning the crown of the Cannondale?

Where are all the wires?

Could it be Wireless? Surely not nooo. Ahhh but it is. And guess what the best part is. It only cost $25 at Performance in Huntington Beach. I don't know if this a good brand or not (but it's the same brand as my trainer). All I know is that my old one broke and this one was on sale and I didn't have to wrap the wire around the break line a bazzillion times. I know what you are going to ask, and the answer is yes I'll be clipping off the access zip ties. I took this picture right after I installed it and took it for a test ride. 3 mile out and back. This ride is turning into a mini Time Trial / Equipment Check Route. Friday I did it in 11:42 (Avg: 15.33 MPH) and Saturday I did it in 11:15 [according the NEW comp] (Avg: 15.95 MPH). I know, 6 miles split between 2 days is not a good start in ramping up for an Oly.
And that's not all folks. The best is yet to come....

A new saddle. And I don't care what anyone says (coughdad) just because there is extra cushion for my delicate hinny, I'm not going to paint my bike pink. According to the packaging it is: Lookin by SelleRoyal (3Density). On the out and back, between the new seat and some new Pearl Izumi cycle shorts, I didn't feel a thing. Except the heat since I did the ride at 1pm.
Thanks:
Bolder - for the input on the saddle. Sorry I wasn't able to take your advise, I got the seat before you posted.
Kewl Nitrox - I thought about the tri-saddles but I'm not pushing fast enough to even put on aerobars.
SixTwoThree - Thanks for the heads up on the Assos Chamois cream. I'll definitely give that a shot on my next long ride. Which now that my dad saw what I can do, he's already planning another 30 miler in the next week or two.
And to all that posted and helped me out!!! Everyone have a good night and sweet Iron-dreams.

I think the saddle needs to be comfy or you won't ride. So YAY for comfy new saddle!!
Nice new gear! Definitely need a comfy saddle and nice padded shorts!!
Hey, thanks for visiting my blog. Wireless bike computers are the way to go. I swear by the Sigma Sport brand with cadence.
You asked my about triathlons, I like the olympic distance length more than any others. They are harder to find though in the Seattle area for some reason.
I like your count down. I posted one on my blog for my next big race!
The saddle looks nice, I hate the feeling of your tender areas feeling sore the next day.
