Ball Busting Ballys

I do a lot of training in the gym and had my first session with a trainer last night. Trainer Josh, if you ever read this, spank you very much. He kicked my butt. It was an intense workout with a lot of lunging type movements. I was exhausted by the end, almost hurled in the car ride home. But I needed that push and he offered a lot of information and new things that I can incorporate into my workouts.

The best part of my workout was when it was all over and I had ice cold water and embracing my wife when I got home. I felt so at peace and had a great nights sleep. Which, for me, is impressive. I'm one of those people who wake up every couple of hours throughout the night. Last night I slept all the way through and feel great today.
