Sorry to those close to me

I get a little obsessive about things. When I get my mind on something, its pretty hard to derail. I just wanted to let all of you know that I appreciate the support and love that you show me on a constant basis.


I just wanted to say "Thank You" for putting up with all thing triathlon. "Base" this, "Brick" that...you know the drill. If it is any consolation, there is a support group for spouses and family of triathletes. It can be found at http://ironwidow.blogspot.com. This a place for all those caught of in the life of triathlon, the one's not wearing the bracelets. "Ironman. The ultimate test of your resolve. It's pretty tough for the athletes too."
