It's Not Like I Have A Race
So why am I acting like its "tapper" time. I haven't been the the gym in a few days. My calender at www.beginnertriathlete.com is screaming at me to do something. I'm starting to get that stir crazy feeling. I don't know why I haven't been. I mean I can come up with a few excuses. I just started a new quarter at school and my day starts at 4:30am for work (8 hours later) and then I have class till about 10pm. But these are just excuses. Body, listen up. Those extra pounds WILL go away. I will not allow you to continue to weigh me down. Be gone!!!

All things in balance, my soon to be tri-brutha. You gotta factor in how your body feels, the time of the year, your other obligations. Find time to do what you luv to do.
