I just have one question to ask:
Does looking, blogging, commenting, and catching up with everyone that went to WildFlower considered Training?

No!
Um, no. But it's FUN, isn't it? Hey, I just got an offer from Training Peaks for a Garmin 305 and 1-year subscription for $299. Even if you can't swing that now. It probably means the cost of them will come down soon or they'll introduce a new model. Thought of you!
How about mental preparation?
Training - No
Inspiration - Yes
